Frank Thomas Hamilton

Frank Thomas Hamilton, age 93, of Washington County, Virginia passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 in the NHC Healthcare of Bristol, Virginia. He was born in Washington County, Virginia on August 31, 1924, a son of the late William "Billy" and Mary Williams Hamilton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Homer Hamilton.He was a resident of Washington County for many years and was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. He was truck driver for Rutherford Freight Lines for over 20 years. He operated the Exxon Service Station on Lee Highway at exit 5 for many years. He loved being outdoors and gardening and watching the wildlife at his home in Bristol. He enjoyed the visits from the members of Fellowship Chapel Church, Bristol, VA.Frank is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Dorothy Bott Hamilton, nephew, Billy Hamilton and friend, Tammy Raines; many great nieces and nephews; and special friend, Bud Bolling.
