Dora Lavon Harr, 85, of Bristol, TN passed away Thursday, June 21, 2018 at her home. She was born in Damascus, VA on February 2, 1933, a daughter of the late Jones and Bessie Arnold Greer. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Harr and two brothers.She was a member of East End Christian Church and had worked at Kroger for 17 years.Dora is survived by her sister, Lavell Betters of Bristol, TN; five nieces, Jennifer Woodlief, Alica Jenkins, Andrea Pauley, Aliah Inglett and Anna Pauley; and two nephews, Alex Pauley and Charles Pauley.No services are planned at this time.Read Obituary

Lavon was a witty very special Lady who loved her family and everyone she met. She also loved her home companions, her cats Squeeky and Sandy. She worried about them several times a day making sure they were taken care of. I have truly loved and enjoyed the short time we had together! Such a precious gem! Heaven has truly gotten an Angel!
