Freddie Bryan Gill

Freddie Bryan Gill, 57, of Bristol, VA passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at his residence. He was born in Bristol, VA on June 23, 1959. He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Parks Gill; brother-in-law, Guillermo Perdomo; and his dog, Ace. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp. He worked at Electrolux and then was a supervisor technician of heating and air conditioning at Virginia Intermont Collerge until their closing. He became self employed after the closing of V.I. His hobbies included fishing and marksmanship. Freddie is survived by his son, Zachary Bryan Gill of Bristol, TN; mother, Shirley Elizabeth Murray of Bristol, VA; brother, Larry Gill of Bristol, VA; sister, Lisa Perdomo of Kingsport, TN; nephew, Misha Perdomo of Kingsport, TN; and niece, Maire Perdomo of Wilmington, NC. The family would like to express a special thank you to the doctors and nursing staff at Wellmont Hospice, Mountain Home Veterans Hospital, Bristol Regional Medical Center, and Johnson City Medical Center for all the love and care shown to Freddie during his illness. A Gathering of Rememberance will be held from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services, 417 Lee St., Bristol, VA.
