Juanita Howell, 76, of Bristol, Virginia passed away Friday, May 25, 2018 at her home in Bristol, Virginia. She was born in Odd, West Virginia on November 21, 1941, a daughter of the late Luther and LenaWolfe Kimberlin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Johnny Griffey, one brother, Dennis Kimberlin; and one sister, Maxine Cruey. She was a resident of Bristol for many years. She was formerly employed by Grace Healthcare as a nurse. She was a seamstress and worked at several different factories over the years. She was a member of Shakesville Church of Christ and was a Sunday School Teacher and a member of the Ladies Circle. Juanita is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Kenneth Howell, one daughter, Diana Casey and husband, Rocky of Saltville, VA; one son, Tony Griffey and wife, Lenora of Saltville, VA; seven grandchildren, Austin Casey, Alisha Casey, Amber Casey, Lakoda Griffey, Kimberly Griffey, Brandy Griffey and Travis Griffey; three sisters, Nancy Tull and husband, Bill, Peggy Blevins and husband, Jim and Sharon Griffey and husband, Gary; two brothers, Donald Kimberlin and wife, Faye and Dean Kimberlin and wife, Peggy; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 28, 2018 at Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services. The funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m., Monday, May 28, 2018, at Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services, with Pastor Wayne Lambert officiating. The committal service and interment will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 29, 2018 in Chatham Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Saltville, VA. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
