Kevin Alan Stiltner, 50, of Bristol, Tennessee passed away Friday, September 2, 2016 at his home. He was born in Wayne, MI on October 23, 1965, son of the late Kelsie Gordon Stiltner. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Stiltner. Kevin never met a stranger. He would help anyone that needed it and always had a smile on his face. He truly had a heart of gold. Kevin is survived by his mother, Rebecca Blaylock; two sons, Khristopher Stiltner and Anthony Stiltner; one sister, Kay Cassell and husband, Charles Spence; one niece, Kelly Busbee and husband Justin; one nephew, Cody Mangum; one great nephew, Maddox Bates. Services will be held privately at a later date.
