Pansy Worley Rutherford Pansy Worley Rutherford, 81, of Jonesborough, TN passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at her home. She was born in Bristol, VA on February 24, 1935, a daughter of the late Oscar J. Worley and Mary Jordan Worley. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Craig Edward Rutherford. She was a member of Bethany Presbyterian Church in Kingsport, TN. Pansy is survived by her husband of 55 years, Kenneth Rutherford; daughter, Mary Beth Rutherford; sister, Cleo Harmon; two brothers, Kenneth Worley and William Worley and wife Brenda; two sisters-in-law, Dora Webb and Mildred Rutherford; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family would like to express a special thank you to the Doctors and staff of Holston Valley Medical Center's Step Down ICU, Wilcox Hall; Holston Valley Hospice Unit, Amedisys Home Care, and the love and care from her family and friends. The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services, 417 Lee St., Bristol, VA. A Graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Mountain View Cemetery, Bristol, VA with Pastor Chuck Echols officiating.
