Rebecca Elizabeth Wilson

Rebecca Elizabeth Wilson, 63, of Bristol, VA passed away Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at her home. She was born in Tuscaloosa, AL on January 30, 1954, a daughter of the late B.W. and Cleat Carr Allen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Anna Alene Allen and a brother, Bryce Allen.She worked in the medical field for many years. She loved playing the piano, crocheting, and spending time with grandchildren.Rebecca is survived by her husband, Robert Wilson; daughter, JoBeth Miller and husband James West; two sons, James Wesley Miller and wife Magon and Jordan Forrest Miller; two step-sons, David Wayne Wilson and Robert Darrell Wilson; five grandchildren, Austin James West, Dallas James Miller, James Edward Miller, Connor Jordan Miller, and Benjamin Troy Miller; several step-grandchildren; sister, Cecele Kraus; brother, Philip Allen and wife Rita; two nieces; and two nephews.The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 3, 2017 at Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services, 417 Lee St., Bristol, VA. The funeral service follow at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Preacher William Venable officiating. The committal service and interment will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Mountain View Cemetery, Bristol, VA.
