Roy Wayne Booher

Roy Wayne Booher, 82, of Bristol, TN Jesus called, Roy answered on Thursday, July 9, 2020 in the Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was born in Bristol, TN on December 20, 1937, a son of the late Roy Lee and Evelyn Louise Martin Booher. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald E. Booher, Phillip D. Booher and Edward A. Booher.Roy was a loving, kind and devoted brother. He enjoyed listening to country music and spent most of his time watching westerns.Roy is survived by three sisters, Shirley Jean Clark, Anna Louise Gunning and Mary Elizabeth Pendergrass; three brothers, Ronald Lee Booher, John Larry Booher and Tommy Ray Booher; and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff of both Christian Care Center and Bristol Regional Medical for all their care shown to Roy the past few months.A graveside service and interment will be conducted at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Mountain View Cemetery, Bristol, VA with Pastor Gary Rowlette officiating.
